Libersi Holding was founded by Liban Ahmed and Mersiha Bašić Ahmed — bringing together over 20 years of combined experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams, scaling operations, and advising senior stakeholders across the GCC and Europe.

We started with a simple observation: businesses with real potential often fail not because of their product, but because of the gap between strategy and execution. Libersi Holding was built to close that gap.

Today we operate from Croatia — an EU member state strategically positioned between Western Europe and the Gulf — with active presence across the GCC. This dual positioning isn't accidental. It's our core advantage.

Mersiha brings a background in linguistics and education that gives Libersi Holding something most holding companies lack — a genuine understanding of community-specific nuance. Having grown up in Croatia, she provides deep cultural and operational insight into how the business approaches the European market, ensuring communications and partnerships are grounded in local context and trust.
